Agenda for weekly meditation meetings
- Welcome & opening comments -presentation of an Awakening topic
- Talking stick – open discussion where each person is invited to share personal experiences (successes / challenges) on the path of awakening
- Meditation– After the sharing, we select and explore one or more “Awakening” techniques. This could be anything form a guided meditation, to a crystal grid, sounding, or a group healing session.
About our community:
- Explores, experiences, and applies “awakening modalities” to awaken and transform (all levels of community).
- “Walks-with” individuals, groups, others as we awaken
- Lives the Principle of ENOUGH (The Principle of ENOUGH gives form and function to Unconditional Love)
